Exempt/Charitable Purpose

While you are a sponsored project of Social Good Fund, you must maintain the exempt (charitable) purpose for which your project was founded and that you communicated to Social Good Fund in your sponsorship agreement. All projects must have a qualifying purpose that is aligned with Social Good Fund’s mission to: Create and establish positive influences for individuals, communities and the environment.

A Charitable Purpose is defined by the IRS in section 501(c)(3)arrow-up-right as: “[An organization] organized and operated for purposes that are beneficial to the public interest.”

It’s important that you do not change your project’s purpose/mission without our knowledge.
