Model C projects should ONLY use the Grant Disbursement form. Remember, as a Model C, Social Good Fund does not do your accounting and we do not pay your bills or reimburse you for expenses. To request a grant disbursement, please login to the Member’s Portal and use the Request A Grant Disbursement Form (Model C only). Please allow up to 10 business days for the request to be processed.
