Hardcopy Checks

Paper checks are sent via our bank’s bill payment system and delivered via the USPS in a nondescript envelope. This is our default payment method. Faster methods of payment are available, but not guaranteed, to arrive faster. We are unable to include payment stubs, remittance forms or any other type of additional paperwork inside a check payment. Those forms, if required, need to be sent to the vendor outside of the payment process.
